Volunteer

UWC is built on the passion and commitment of more than 5,000 volunteers globally. There are plenty of ways to get involved in the movement. We welcome the contributions of people from all walks and stages of life, whether you’re an experienced professional looking to contribute to a worthwhile cause or a young graduate seeking valuable work experience.

The UWC Ireland National Committee is a registered charity in Ireland and is run by alumni on a voluntary basis. We are always delighted to accept any offer of help from alumni or affiliates of UWC, whether living in Ireland and abroad. A UWC Ireland volunteer may choose to help out only occasionally (e.g. during the selection process) or to be a member of the committee on a year-round basis.

Whether you are a former UWC student looking to give back to the UWC movement, a parent of a UWC student with a desire to contribute to the UWC mission, or a recent graduate looking to gain some valuable work experience, there are plenty of ways for you to get involved as a volunteer with us!

Volunteering opportunities

We raise awareness about UWC’s unique educational opportunities across Ireland, ensuring that students from all backgrounds can learn about and apply to UWC schools and colleges.
